What is the passing criteria for the CPCT Exam?
To receive the CPCT scorecard, you must score a minimum of 50% (38 out of 75 marks) in the Computer Proficiency (CBT) section. For the typing test, the minimum qualifying speed is 30 Net Words Per Minute (NWPM) for English and 20 NWPM for Hindi.
What is the validity of the CPCT Scorecard?
As per the latest updates by the MP Government, the CPCT scorecard is now valid for 7 years from the date of the exam.
Which Hindi font is used in the exam?
The MAP_IT portal strictly uses the Unicode Mangal Font. During the exam, you have the option to choose between the Remington (Gail) or Inscript keyboard layout. We provide training for both.
Is CPCT compulsory for Patwari and LDC exams?
Yes, CPCT is a mandatory qualification for Data Entry Operators, IT Operators, Assistant Grade-3, Patwari, and other clerical positions in various departments of the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
